Object of the company

Preparation and implementation of university of applied sciences degree programmes and operating a university of applied sciences in St. Pölten with several degree programmes, all in accordance with the objectives and basic principles of university of applied sciences degrees as specified in section 3 Fachhochschul-Studiengesetz (University of Applied Sciences Studies Act). Rendering services to third parties in fields where the company conducts research and teaching, running degree programmes and continuing education courses, and operating student accommodation and a student canteen. Within the scope of these activities, the company is authorised to conduct all such transactions and take all such measures as are deemed necessary to achieve the company’s objectives. The company exclusively and directly serves public-benefit purposes in the meaning of the Bundesabgabenordnung (Austrian Fiscal Code); its activities are not aimed at generating profit. The company’s resources may only be used for the purpose of achieving the university’s public-benefit objectives.
